The Maverick Steakhouse was named after someone very special to our family- Maverick, our grandson. We wanted the name to mean something, and family has always been at the center of what we wanted this restaurant to become.

Our goal was simple: bring Monroeville a true steakhouse built around good food, genuine service, and a place where people can enjoy a night out with family and friends.

We want The Maverick to be the kind of place you choose for the date night, a family dinner, a celebration, or simply a good evening out. A place where the food, atmosphere, and service all come together.

That is what “Service that defines the experience” means to us. We believe how people are treated matters just as much as what is on the plate.

While we may not have been born in Monroeville, this community has become an important part of our lives. Our hope is that The Maverick becomes a place Monroeville is proud to call its own.
